Pastor David Ford was born and raised in Angelica, graduating in 1973. He graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO in 1976. Soon afterwards he served as an Assistant Pastor in Roulette, PA, and then as a Jr. High teacher in a large Christian School in Tampa, FL. He became Pastor of Bible Union Church near Genesee, PA and served there for nearly 25 years. He graduated from Davis College in the Binghamton area in 2002. He came to Angelica Baptist at the end of 2005. Pastor Ford graduated from the St. James School of Radiology in Hornell in 2006 and did part-time work at Olean General Hospital.
Pastor is married to Sandy (Warren) Ford and they have two sons- John and Jason. John was a teacher for QSI and taught in Yemen and Kazakhstan. His family moved back to the states in 2019 and they now live in Steuben County. Jason is a Chief Warrant Officer (CWO2) in the US Coast Guard. He and his wife are currently stationed in Mobile, Alabama.
Pastor Ford likes the outdoors and enjoys boating, fishing and hunting. He also enjoys golf, bicycling, archery, astronomy, music, and “roque” in the Park Circle too.
